Lucy brings to her coaching safety, non-judgement, the practical mindset of a producer, the spirit of an entrepreneur, and a little magic from over 15 years of studying with and learning from renowned healers, and changemakers. Her coaching is the alchemy of a practical methodology, emotional intelligence, intuition, and quantum paradigm shifting tools. She draws on her layers of experience to create an individualized process for each client. Where her work as a producer and in personal transformation intersect is her mission - to always to activate awareness, create connection and catalyze positive action.
Learning what allows people to change and grow has been a lifelong passion for Lucy.
From a young age she was drawn to experience different cultures and environments: living on a Crow Reservation, in Spain, and Australia with the mindset to embrace the wisdom of different experiences and perspectives.
She studied History at Princeton University to further learn human process through time, while playing two Division I sports and the dedication that comes with that commitment. Always coaching, Lucy founded the girls youth lacrosse program for the town of Princeton.
She embarked in a career in the entertainment industry and held posts at VH1, New Regency, Sony, and served as the Vice President of Penn Station Entertainment for Fox, while simultaneously teaching a class to advance change for juvenile offenders. Her motivation to illuminate possibility and inspire transformation was cemented through teaching this class. She expanded upon it in 2013 when she founded Firestone Sisters Inc with her sister, Mary, and began producing and curating their Wild, Precious Life Retreats as a way for people to connect with their most joyful and ecstatic lives. She earned her coaching degree from Hudson Institute of Coaching and continues to lead expansive workshops and retreats while overseeing their line of essential-oil based natural perfumes. Lucy has served on the boards of InsideOut Writers and ManifestWorks, and designs mindfulness and life skills workshops for Freedom 4 Youth. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two young daughters.
