The Work

Change begins with the first step.

Are you feeling stuck, uncertain of the "whys" on your life’s path?  Over the course of a 3-6 month engagement, we will work together to build your plan to improving your life. My job is to hold you accountable to create the space for change. Clients come to me for a number of key goals, including a few listed below.  

Your Commitment

We start with a 15 minute phone consultation to see if it feels like a good fit.  From there we will schedule our first session.

Productive change happens when you commit - bi-weekly sessions are recommended for 3-6 weeks for best resutls

What can I expect?

We work remotely over zoom, sessions are 60 min.  All you need is a comfortable place to settle in and an open mind.
